The use of the Oikeus.fi website is voluntary, and we do not store any other personal data of visitors than log data. You can read more about this on the page ‘About this site’.

When you fill in a PDF form on the Oikeus.fi website, your personal data will be collected when you send the form to the authority. For more detailed information on the processing of personal data and data protection, please contact the authority to which you are sending the form.

Processing of feedback

If you give us feedback by email, we will store, in addition to your feedback, your email address and name if you have provided them.

Feedback concerning the Oikeus.fi website will be processed as follows:

  • If your feedback concerns the Oikeus.fi website, please send your feedback to the Ministry of Justice at palaute.om(at)gov.fi.
  • If your feedback concerns the pages of the judiciary, please send your feedback to the National Courts Administration at tuomioistuinvirasto.viestinta(at)oikeus.fi.

If you give feedback to the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry is the controller of the processing of your personal data. If your feedback concerns the website of some other judicial authority, the Ministry of Justice will forward your feedback to that authority under the Administrative Procedure Act.
