Submitting documents

You can submit documents to an agency by email or using the electronic services. You can also deliver them personally, have an attorney or a courier deliver them, or send them by post. An attorney must have a power of attorney.

The sender of a document is responsible for ensuring that the document arrives at the agency within the set time limit before the end of office hours. The document must arrive at the agency within the time limit irrespective of the manner in which it is delivered.

Sending confidential material using the secure email system
