Basic information on court proceedings

The following basic information on court proceedings is in general public regardless of secrecy provisions:

1) the name of the administrative court handling the matter
2) the nature of the matter
3) the stages of the process
4) the time and the place of the hearing
5) the authority that has made the decision subject to appeal
6) the information needed to identify the party

However, according to the Act on the publicity of court proceedings in administrative courts, the information referred to in point 6 must in some cases be kept secret. If the information needed to identify the party, combined with other information, reveals very important confidential information, the information needed to identify the party is kept secret.
