Consideration of matters in a court of appeal

The preparation of a matter in a court of appeal begins when the appeal document arrives in the court. During the preparation, supplementary information may be requested for the appeal document, the necessary responses are requested, and a decision is made on leave for continued consideration where needed for the consideration of the matter. After the preparation, the court of appeal decides the appeal either in a written procedure or in a main hearing.
