Consideration of matters in a court of appeal

The preparation of a matter in a court of appeal begins when the appeal document arrives at the court. During the preparation, additional information to supplement the appeal document may be requested, the necessary responses are requested, and a decision on leave for continued consideration is made, where this is necessary for the consideration of the matter. After the preparation, the court of appeal decides the appeal either in a written procedure or in a main hearing.
