Public guardianship development committee

The assigned purpose of the public guardianship development committee is to provide, based on the problems and questions raised, interpretation and action recommendations on the principles and uniform methods of public guardianship that concern the management of clients’ affairs.

Appointment

The committee has been responsible for developing public guardianship services since 2009. The term of the current committee runs from 1 April 2019 to 31 December 2021. Leading public guardians, public guardians, public guardianship secretaries and representatives of the guardianship authority and the Ministry of Justice are involved in the work. The primary task of the committee is to improve the quality of public guardianship services.
